Right, a bit of housekeeping.

For a while now I've been running Faark in two places at once here on Beehiiv, and over on Substack. Two inboxes, two sets of numbers, two of everything. And the truth is, running it in two places is splitting my attention and doing neither of us any favours.

So I'm consolidating. Everything's moving to Substack, the newsletter, the podcast, the recommendation weeks, all of it. One home. It's where the good conversations are already happening, and it's where I can build the thing properly instead of half-tending two gardens.

Here's what it means for you: nothing changes about the writing, and nothing bad happens if you do nothing I'll bring you across.
